We are locals and visit the Riverwalk the past few years on Christmas Eve. There has never been issues at the restaurant. This year we went a few days after Christmas and still no issues. I will say this years service was by far the best. The wait was very short, and the food was even better than usual. The waitress Tashawn was on it! Very clear to understand and repeated the order which was great. She kept the refills coming and removed the dirty plates as soon as we were done. She was pretty amazing and excellent customer service. I was very happy with her attentiveness and service. We appreciate you Tashawn!
Tashawn was an outstanding server! She consistently checked in on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly went above and beyond—she made our dining experience exceptional!
We were a group of 20 and they were able to accommodate us with no problems whatsoever. This place was clean inside and out. Cassie and Simone were our servers and they handled the group like champs! I would highly recommend Margaritaville San Antonio! Thank you!!!
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with positive attitudes. Our amazing waitress had a wonderful woman in training with her and both exceeded our expectations. They were attentive, friendly, professional and fun. This was our first experience and we loved it. These two played a major roll in making it a memorable experience! The restaurant was clean and service was quick. We will definitely be returning on our next vacation! Also the manager was amazing too!
Stopped at Margaritaville San Antonio for a couple Cocktails. And as per usual, their margs never disappoint. I got the Jalapeno Business and my husband got the frozen rum runner. Both cold and delicious on a hot Texas afternoon. We got the key lime pie to share and it was good. Had better but it was definitely good for a sweet and sour sweet treat. Bar tender was quiet. Nice and professional but not much personable attention. We were the only customers at the bar too. So over all I’d give it 3.5/5 stars. Just because the cocktails were exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely amazing experience, our waitress was super awesome and did a great job keeping up with us even tho they were relatively busy at the moment, drinks were phenomenal and the food was 10/10 exactly what I was expecting and then some!
Our party of 3 went on a Monday afternoon. We were seated immediately. Justice was present and a wonderful server. Our mean was approximately 100.
